4 Months + 1 wk

So when I saw my podiatrist a few days ago, he asked me if I was still wrapping my toes, and I said, "yes". He told me to stop! But the thing is that I still wrap them because when I don't, I have pain in the forth toe of both feet and the bone gets very swollen and tender and it hurts like all hell! Anyway, he gave me these toe compressors to try instead. They work pretty well as far as keeping the forth toes compressed enough in order to prevent swelling in the first place. Well, the Dr. also gave me 2 extra compressors. So I decided to see what would happen if I put them over both 2nd toes in regards to bringing the swelling in the bone down. According to my Dr.'s claims, he said that the bone swelling is why I still "appear" to have hammer toe. It's only been a couple of days, but already I've seen some positive results! The top of the toe, where the bump is, is a lot flatter! It's not perfect yet, but I'm so glad that I'm starting to see some improvement, though it is veeeeeeeery slow!

P.S.: I'm still doing my scar treatments 3x's a day, and they are getting flatter and lighter with the passing weeks.
